While most of our client projects are built with utmost confidentiality. Here's one that we are particularly proud of this year that we can tell you about.

If you are thinking that innovation requires a lot of budget or technical capabilities. It does not. Innovation can be as simple as finding an easy solution to solve a problem.


Hackorgana is one such organisation. Formed in June this year, Hackoragna is a cooperative set up to help small business owners in Madagascar access new markets and opportunities in the new landscape. Over a weekend, we conducted a virtual hackathon using FirstSite to create a new ecommerce platform that levarages FirstSite's omnichannel capabilities.


15 teams participated in the first HacKoragnaDesign organized by Hackoragna in partnership with Orange Telecom and 8 Connect. The Hackers came from Singapore, Morocco, France and Madagascar. Event was done in Malagasy, French and English.


No code barriers, no language barriers, no problem too hard to solve.

QROnly

During a visit at one of our favorite restaurants, we found that the QR menus stuck on the table loaded a PDF document that was barely readable on the mobile device.


The team set out to fix that problem.


If your favorite restaurant/bar has those annoying QR menus that open up pdf images that are only for the eagle eyed. Perhaps they were trying to save on cost for a QR based menu and ordering system.


Do tell them that there is a free QR menu system. QRonly.com. It allows them to manage menu and orders on a free to use system that is friendly on  mobile devices. It's a more friendly and usable way for us to wine and dine at their establishment.

One Last Thing......

If you would like to work on one last thing before the Christmas break. Do get in touch. In Dec 2020 many businesses have just started reopening for 2021. It's not an end, it's an early start to prepare for the recovering economy.
